find the parcel broken when delivery, please open the parcel to check
whether items are kept intactly. If not, please refuse delivery. When
the parcel is returned to us automatically, we will confirm if the
damage is made during transportation. If yes, we will send you a new
one of same model for exhcange or fully refund your money according
to your request.
